“Death does not have the last word.” With this hopeful affirmation, the Archbishop of Barcelona, Cardinal Joan Josep Omella, addressed the hundreds of families gathered at the Mass for the Deceased organized by the Mémora Group. This celebration takes place twice a year and offers consolation and shared prayer to those who have lost a loved one in recent months.
