Visitor Services
The Basilica has a Visitor Information Point and a Shop–Bookshop located within the same space: one of the chapels in the apse area of the church, situated immediately upon entering the Basilica through the Portal of Passeig del Born.
– Information and ticket sales for the cultural visit.
– Information regarding guided tours for groups and schools.
A dedicated space where visitors may purchase religious items, souvenirs, guides, and books related to the history and heritage of the Basílica de Santa Maria del Mar.
– Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon and 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
– Sundays and Public Holidays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Access to the Visitor Information Point and the Shop–Bookshop is not available during the celebration of Mass or other liturgical events (please consult the Basilica’s Mass and Pastoral Care Schedule by clicking here) ), nor during other cultural events such as concerts, lectures, or similar activities (please consult the Events Calendar by clicking here).
